• Year and make of vehicle
• Driver of your vehicle
• Driver of the other vehicle (if applicable)
• Date of Accident
• Where it happened
• What local police were contacted (if any)

Fire or Water Emergency

If you are calling regarding an emergency related to fire & water damage involving property at your home or business, please call Servicemaster of the Berkshires at 413-442-0700.
